1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹40

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹[XX] (if applicable)

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at infoatmisa@gmail.com or call 020-67320416.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier service and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will:

• Attempt one free re-delivery

• If undelivered again, the customer may be required to cover additional shipping charges

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
